I am attuned in a variety of Reiki practices. (Pronounced "ray-key"), this Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation promotes healing and emotional wellness. Usui Reiki, is a general healing practice. Karuna Reiki is a unique enlightenment healing to expedite the recovery process. Tera-Mai Reiki is a four element based healing using the elements of air, earth, fire and water to inspire healing.

Please note

For remote aka distance (meaning not in person) energy work to be administered, I request clients schedule appointments in advance. Ensure during that time that you are able to fully relax and can remain non‐active, be seated or lying down and wear comfortable attire.  The transferring of this energy to another remotely typically takes 15 - 20 minutes.
